Managing Partner at OnePoint Franchise Accounting

Diana Mead, Managing Partner at OnePoint Franchise Accounting, has spent the past nine years, alongside her partner Laura, building OnePoint into an industry leader in the national outsourced accounting space. Diana and Laura are immensely proud of how the company has evolved, especially its commitment to supporting its people—both employees and clients. Today, OnePoint works with many of the nation’s top brands, providing tailored accounting programs for franchises and restaurants.

Diana started her career at Deloitte as an auditor in the financial services practice. After leaving Deloitte, Diana quickly developed a love of working with young, entrepreneurial companies in a variety of executive and non-executive roles. Before acquiring OnePoint, she served as President of both Allonhill and AOB.

Beyond OnePoint, Diana is actively involved in community work and board service. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Global Livingston Institute and is an active Board member of the Young Presidents Organization. She and her family also regularly volunteered for Project Angel Heart while her kids were still at home. OnePoint is active with Food for Thought, a Denver-based nonprofit organization that provides weekend meals to Denver schoolchildren. Diana has also served as President of the Colorado Children’s Campaign Circle of Friends Board and held positions with the Colorado Children’s Campaign Board of Directors and the Philanthropy Committee of Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Diana is passionate about mentoring young professionals and promoting gender pay equity. She has hosted multiple pro bono salary negotiation workshops for women at all stages of their careers. She is grateful for all the mentors, both male and female, who have helped her steer her career and loves the opportunity to help others as they advance in their professional lives while navigating the demands of family and parenthood.

Diana’s leadership and contributions have earned her recognition in her community. She was named in the Denver Business Journal’s “40 under 40” and recognized as the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year. She also has been honored as one of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado.” Diana holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University and a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
