Ryan Posener is the Chief Operating Officer for OnePoint Franchise Accounting. Ryan oversees OnePoint’s resources and teams, ensuring alignment to the company’s mission and driving operational results towards our long-term goals.

He has been an IT leader for over 20 years, building and developing teams in the technology sector for the accounting industry. Ryan enjoys working with and supporting teams to deliver quality services to businesses while optimizing their processes and throughput for accuracy and speed.  Ryan joined OnePoint because of the opportunity to build the best accounting service and platform for the franchise market. 

Prior to joining OnePoint as the Head of IT, Ryan worked at Agile Thought – leading custom software development teams delivering business process optimization solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Before that, Ryan was the Head of Development and first US employee at Practice Engine (now IRIS Practice Engine), a company that built practice management, scheduling, time and billing software for the accounting industry. His early career began in IT as a document management consultant to US legal firms before joining EKS&H (now Plante Moran) where he led IT software and database development for the organization.
